This CADSTAT® rubber-based mat is 'Groundable' via either a 'stud' & grounding cord (part # SCE10 or SCE10D) or through surface contact onto a Conductive or Dissipative floor. This is due to the fact that the material is Volume Conductive / Dissipative, with a typical resistance of between 10k Ohm & 1 Meg Ohm through each piece. Grounding of personnel via 'foot straps' or 'ESD shoes' is possible when installed correctly. Our ESD-safe AFMR modular matting series is a top-of-the-line anti-static solution that guarantees effective grounding of your workspace, ensuring safety and comfort.

Note: each segment comes with 1 x 10mm grounding snap-stud fitted.

The 'Bubbled' top offers excellent antifatigue properties, without being too soft.

Grounding Options:

• AFMR-GK: Grounding Kit consists of 1 x SCE10D + 1 x GPLUG ... see picture on the right
• SCE10 / SCE10D

Example: Set AFMR-4 = 4 pieces - 2 x -E + 2 x -B ... always 2 x -E + the number of -B to make up the required length.

NOTE:

• Conductive matting should not be used when working with high voltages; consult appropiate department before installation.
• Some flooring materials may be discoloured due to plasticization migration - it is recommended that a test area is trialled.
