OnFILTER EMI Ground Filter GLE30-1
Protect Your Ground From High-Frequency Noise
Noise on ground is one of the most common causes of problems with equipment operation and, sometines, component damage. Ground
connects all equipment in your facility in one network and all it takes is one faulty or miswired tool anywhere to inject unacceptably high levels of electrical noise into your ground network.
OnFILTER’ ground line filters help to protect your sensitive equipment from this ground noise. In one application connect your equipment to a
facility ground via tis filter to provide clean ground connection to your sensitive tool. In another application insert GLE30-1 in your facility’ ground network on periodic intervals to stop propagation of noise via ground network.
Filters are very easy to install and they require no maintenance.
Do not connect GLE30-1 in any circuit other than ground.
Increased Up-Time
OnFILTER ground line filters reduce equipment downtime caused by EMI and increase its performance and productivity by providing clean power to your sensitive tools.
Transient Noise Suppression
Most of the noise on power and ground lines is not continuous waveforms of high frequency but rather “spikes” generated by solenoids, relays, stepper and variable-frequency motors and alike. The peak value of these spikes can be very strong reaching several volts. OnFILTER’ filters are especially effective for this type of signals.
Wide Range of Applications
OnFILTER ground line filters work with all types of equipment. They provide very low impedance for 50/60Hz safety current while blocking high-frequency noise. Equipment consuming up to 30A can use ground line filters for better performance.
Use GLE30-1 only in ground circuit - never use it in power lines.
