Custom ESD products include modifications to standard product, which accommodates the manufacturing process used by the customer
This may include the removal of one end of a tray to allow access to the assembly during production for burn in. Holes may be strategically placed to allow a unit to be plugged in for testing.
Special custom pallets for handling heavy servers during the assembly operation are also available.
Mats and inlays are available as required.

• Fiber glass reinforced composite ESD-safe trays and containers are temperature resistant and can withstand extreme cold -50 C / -60 F to temperatures of 120 C / 250 F.
• ESD-safe trays' and containers' fiber glass reinforced composite offers increased strength for a high weight capacity per individual container or tray.
• FIBRESTAT products' impermeable surface is resistant to most mild acids, detergents, cutting oils and alkaline solutions in the ph range of 3.0 to 10.0.
