CADSTAT Static Dissipative / Anti-static Bench Matting

Our 2LBM series is a high-quality ESD-safe anti-static mat built to last in all electronic workshops. The lay-flat nitrile rubber prevents curling and warping, preventing knicking and tugging on the mat.

Meets relevant International Static Control Standards, including:

• IEC 61340-5-1
• ANSI/ESD S20.20
• Maintains grounding properties > 12% RH

Electrical Properties

• Dissipative top: coloured,with a typical resistance of: 10⁶ < 10⁷ Ohms @ 100V
• Conductive bottom: black with a typical resistance of: 10³ < 10⁴ Ohms @ 10V

Beige 2-layer nitrile rubber:

• 2 nominal widths: 0.61m (+/- 10mm) & 1.22m (+/- 10mm)
• Nominal length: 10m
• Nominal 2mm (+/- 0.5mm) thick
• Heat & solder resistant; will not melt like vinyl matting
• Hard wearing
• Excellent lay flat properties
• Chemical resistant*

*2LBM is safe for use with most chemicals found in typical electronics workshops. However, do not soak & clean up after spills to prolong an effective life. It is strongly recommended to try whatever chemical you wish to use first for evaluation purposes.

NOTE: Although additives are used to prevent the effects of UV, etc., due to the natural characteristics of NBR/SBR, colour change may occur over time.

Cleaning:
We have tried many different surface cleaners over the years and have yet to use anything better than our ICSC Surface Cleaner.

Regular cleaning, e.g. daily, weekly or as required, will protect your investment; we have some clients with 2LBM that is over 10 years old that is still in spec’ & laying flat.
